Jill Hale, MSN, ANP-BC
Ms. Hale earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008 from Purdue University. In 2010 she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University becoming a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Hale graduated with academic distinction as a Nightingale Scholar. Ms. Hale joined CAF in 2010 where she specializes in cardiac electrophysiology. She has an active certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Ms. Hale is a member of the American College of Cardiology.
Samantha Cogil, MSN, AGACNP-BC
Ms. Cogil earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 from the University of Phoenix. She then received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Virginia commonwealth University and became a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2014. Ms. Cogil has 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in Cardiovascular Intensive Care and Critical Care. She holds a current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Ms. Cogil is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.
Bobbie Leonard, MSN, FNP-BC
Ms. Leonard earned her Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medicine in 2000 from the University of Pittsburgh and her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2002. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing from George Washington University and became a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. Ms. Leonard has over 17 years of diverse healthcare experience in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care. She holds a current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Ms. Leonard is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Rajwant Dhillon, MSN, ACNPC-AG
Ms. Dhillon began her nursing career in India in 1995. In 2014 she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and became a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Ms. Dhillon has 23 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in Cardiac Care and Intensive Care Units. She holds current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale, and Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation.
Jennifer Tedesco, MSN, FNP-C
Ms. Tedesco attended Walden University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017, and in 2018 received her Master of Science in Nursing becoming a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Tedesco has a total of 16 years of experience as a critical care nurse; 12 years as a Board Certified Emergency Nurse, and then 4 years working in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and has active certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Ashley McGee, MSN, FNP-BC
Ms. McGee earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016 from University of Mary Washington, and her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2008 from Northwestern Michigan College. In 2019 Ms. McGee received her Master of Science in Nursing from George Washington University and became a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. McGee has over 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in Cardiac Care and Progressive Care Units. She holds a current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Amber Schroeder, MSN, AGACNP-BC
Ms. Schroeder earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 from Chamberlain College of Nursing. In 2019 she received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University becoming a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Schroeder has 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in Critical Care. She holds a current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale. Ms. Schroeder is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International.
Barbara O’Neill, MSN, FNP-C
Ms. O’Neill received her Associates of Science in Nursing in 1996 from Houston Baptist University. In 2018 she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Mary Washington. In May of 2020, Ms. O’Neill received her Master of Science in Nursing from George Mason University becoming a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. O’Neill has 24 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse and has spent the last 10 years working in a Progressive Care Unit caring for adult cardiac, renal and pulmonary patients. She holds a current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support; she is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and American College of Cardiology. Ms. O’Neill is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International.
Lindsay Callaghan, MSN, FNP-BC
Ms. Callaghan received her Associates of Science in Nursing in 2005 from Palm Beach Community College. In 2012, she received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. She then received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in 2016 becoming a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Callaghan has over 15 years of nursing experience in emergency medicine, critical care and cardiology. She holds a current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Live Support.
Shannon Gammill, MSN, FNP-BC
Ms. Gammill received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University in 2004. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Post University in 2021, becoming a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Gammill has over 17 years of experience in emergency medicine. She holds a current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
SaraLyn Veech, MSN, FNP-C
Ms. Veech began her career in nursing at Yavapai College in 1992. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University. In 2013, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University becoming a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Veech has over 30 years of experience in cardiovascular and critical care. She holds a current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Charlotte Reed, MSN, FNP-BC
Ms. Reed received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University in 2012. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing in 2023 from George Washington University becoming a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Reed has over 11 years of nursing experience in Oncology, Cardiology and Critical Care. She holds a current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Ms. Romero first received her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Germanna Community College in 2015. She went to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016 from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2023, Ms. Romero earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Regis College, becoming a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
